Free shipping in the U.S.

 Shop Policies

Please read through so all policies are understood.

Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email, an email once the item has shipping (with tracking info) and a delivery confirmation email.  Please make sure you add my email address to your address book to ensure these emails are not sent to spam folders.

Shipping Policy

All items are designed and made by hand by me in my home workshop located in San Diego, CA.  If you need expedited shipping, please contact me before placing your order.  Expedited shipping has a shipping fee. Once an item is shipped, it is considered to be delivered.  The buyer may purchase additional insurance for their item if desired, please contact me and I will happily make a custom invoice.  Otherwise, items lost in the mail after initial shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Orders

We cannot be responsible for lost international packages, as USPS first class international often only provides tracking until the parcel leaves the U.S.  We have no responsibility or information regarding import duties, taxes, customs, etc. that might be charged by the home country of our international customers.  Customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once an international shipment has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for your order.

Return Policy

We gladly issue refunds for new, unused items within 5 days of the item being received.  We do not refund shipping costs for returns.  Please obtain tracking information for any package sent back as we are not responsible for any items that have been lost on its way back to us. The item should not have been used in any way.  All original tags must be attached.  Return packages need to be shipped immediately, we cannot accept packages received over 10 days.  Please contact me before returning any item so I know it's on the way. Once the return is accepted, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed.  Custom bags are final sale.

Workmanship and Guarantee Policy

We guarantee our craftsmanship and materials from any defects for three months from purchase date. After that your hardware is covered for a year. (Please note zippers are not included in the warranty).

Leather Care

Leather is a natural and organic product.  Each leather item and hide is as unique as you are!  Slight differences in color and texture are characteristics of the natural leathers used in my handmade items.  Special treatment is suggested when caring for leather. It is recommended to treat your item with a leather protectant.  When not in use, the item should be stored in a clean bag in a dry cool place.  If necessary, have item(s) cleaned by a leather care professional.  Always test on an inconspicuous place before applying to the entire bag. With proper care and a little TLC, your bag should last a lifetime! 

Custom Order

From time to time, I am able to take on custom projects at customers' requests.  I make every bag one at a time, so if something is sold out, I may be able to make you another!  Custom pieces are priced dependent upon labor time, materials, and design.  Just shoot me a message letting me know what you're interested in!

PRIVACY Policy

Customers’ account information remains private and confidential.  Your information will not be shared with any outside sources or individuals.  All transactions are secured and encrypted with the secure socket layer software through Wix.
